ProMow is so confident in our products that we offer a money-back return policy. To qualify, all returns must be authorized by ProMow within 30 days of delivery. No return will be accepted without our Return Authorization (RA#)
- Product must be shipped prepaid within 10 days of being issued an RA#
- Product must be clean, undamaged, and packed in original boxes
- No refund given on shipping and handling fees
- Full credit, less 10% restocking fee, issued within 14 days of receipt of product
